Navisite Celebrates Opening of Costa Rica Office with Ribbon Cutting Event
As Navisite continues its journey of global growth, expanding our footprint into burgeoning tech epicenters has been paramount in helping us provide cutting-edge solutions to customers throughout the world.
That’s why, in March 2023, Navisite was proud to announce an exciting new chapter: We unveiled a brand new office in Costa Rica.
On August 17th, Navisite took the next major step in that journey by officially inaugurating the opening of our Costa Rica location during a local ribbon-cutting ceremony. This event, which took place at the new office location within the dynamic WeWork Cariari Corporate Center, brought together representatives from Navisite, Promotora del Comercio Exterior de Costa Rica (PROCOMER), the Ministry of Foreign Trade (COMEX), and the Costa Rican Investment Promotion Agency (CINDE).

Navisite’s decision to establish a presence in Costa Rica was driven by several factors. Costa Rica’s investment in digital readiness and its highly skilled and educated workforce made it the perfect foundation for Navisite to offer diverse services, including cloud solutions, enterprise applications, data management, intelligent automation, and cybersecurity.
Mark Clayman, CEO of Navisite, highlighted the significance of this expansion, stating, “Costa Rica offers a diverse, digitally savvy workforce that will enable us to grow our presence in Latin America and support the needs of customers with the resources and capabilities they need in the region as they look to modernize their businesses.”
The Minister of Foreign Trade, Manuel Tovar, also stated, “The expansion of Navisite, a world leader in strategic consulting and digital transformation services for small and medium enterprises, is a clear vote of confidence for Costa Rica’s potential as an investment destination and strategic partner for commerce. This expansion also represents an opportunity for the Costa Rican workforce to access high-added-value jobs and develop their skills and knowledge in an environment of innovation and excellence.”
With the new office, Navisite is poised to enhance our global team of experts with additional digital skills, encompassing software development, data analytics, cloud solutions, and more.
As part of this expansion, Navisite plans to hire approximately 50 new employees with English proficiency across various technical and consulting roles in 2023. This is just the beginning—and Navisite anticipates hiring hundreds more over the next two years, contributing significantly to the growing tech job landscape in Costa Rica.
