Jeff is responsible for leading Navisite’s global financial operations, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, reporting, and compliance functions, and working closely with Navisite’s executive leadership team to drive business growth and execute on the company’s growth strategy. He brings over 35 years of finance and executive leadership experience to Navisite and has successfully supported the strategy development, execution, and value creation of multi-national public companies and private equity-backed organizations. Before Navisite, Jeff served as the CFO of ConvergeOne for nearly a decade, managing the company’s financial growth as a leading provider of digital modernization, collaboration, and cloud services. Earlier in his career, he held senior financial leadership roles at Cricket Wireless, H&R Block, The Sharper Image, Staples, and other leading global brands.

Peter is responsible for leading Navisite’s global operations, business processes and governance initiatives to deliver a superior customer experience and ensure overall alignment with the company’s growth goals and objectives. With over two decades of business and technology leadership in enterprise application and IT services, Peter has helped thousands of customers drive innovation, organizational efficiencies and business outcomes through the successful adoption and management of cloud strategies, technology automation and infrastructure services. Before Navisite, Peter was the Vice President of Cloud Services at Apps Associates, overseeing 24×7 global operations of the company’s Cloud Services team. Earlier in his career, he served as a Vice President at TriCore Solutions and Vice President of Operations at Navisite, where he managed the company’s global data center operations teams.

Mark leads Navisite’s global sales and solution architecture organizations, responsible for the go-to-market sales strategies, solution innovation, and revenue growth across Navisite’s portfolio of strategic advisory and transformation services. Previously, Mark served as the SVP of solution architecture and product strategy at Navisite and has been instrumental in building the company’s sales organization following multiple acquisitions. He has a long track record of growing successful sales and solutioning teams with various sales leadership roles at enterprise IT service providers, including clckwrk, Rackspace, TriCore Solutions, and NaviSite. Mark started his career in sales positions at leading networking companies AT&T and BBN Planet.

Dirk leads Navisite’s professional services team, providing world-class strategic advisory and professional services that accelerate transformation and deliver business value to customers. He brings over 20 years of experience as a performance-driven international consulting leader with a passion for helping organizations leverage modern enterprise solutions and leading-edge technologies to achieve their goals. Before Navisite, Dirk was the Vice President of SAP ERP and Digital Core Services at UST, where he provided strategic oversight and guidance to support customer transformation and grow the SAP Practice. Earlier in his career, he was the Go-to-Market Leader and delivery executive for SAP-related customer engagements at DXC Technology, overseeing the company’s most strategic customers. He also served in various SAP and IT consulting roles at multinational companies, including SCM Accelerators, HP, Atos, and Siemens IT Solutions and Services.

Sean leads business strategy and growth in EMEA. He has over 20 years of cross-functional leadership in the cloud and technology sector, mentoring teams to design, sell, implement and support customers on their transformational journey. Sean brings deep experience in cloud, infrastructure, applications, data centers and security. He focuses on understanding our customers’ needs and exceeding their expectations. Previously Sean was Vice President of EMEA for Datapipe (now Rackspace) and Chief Commercial Officer at Global Nexus Telecom in the Caribbean.

Aaron is responsible for security and compliance programs at Navisite and the delivery of our managed security and advisory services to help customers implement and maintain the highest levels of cybersecurity protection and best practices. Aaron has more than 18 years of experience in the industry, holding various leadership and consulting roles in cloud security, infrastructure security and security operations. He is passionate about serving as a trusted partner and helping customers take practical and effective steps to build world-class, enterprise-level security programs that support business growth while protecting employees, sensitive data and systems. Before moving into his role as CISO, Aaron was the Senior Director of Security Operations at Navisite, and previously served as CISO on-demand for GreenPages and in service delivery roles at security company Sophos and NaviSite.

Tejal oversees the strategic development, delivery and growth of Navisite’s services and customer relationships in India. With over 18 years of experience in application managed services, cloud migrations and digital transformation, Tejal brings deep expertise and leadership to Navisite, creating high-performing teams with a laser focus on customer success and operational excellence. She leads Navisite’s 24/7 operations in India, providing full-stack services—including cloud infrastructure, remote and managed databases, application managed services, disaster recovery and custom development—building trusted partnerships that allow customers to focus on their business objectives. Before joining Navisite, Tejal served in various leadership and functional roles at Velocity Technology Solutions, Cognizant and Capgemini.
